Change Registration Form Details

I'm looking to change registration form fields. In particular, I'm trying to remove the phone number / ext. fields and modify the Full Name field to add a label.

Go to: Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Contact Information

I do not know what removing the phone number will do, but it might break quick searches. So make sure if you are going to remove it you record what was there so that you can add it back in if breaks something.

Also the Full Name field already has a label.

Thanks for the quick response - the application of the help desk doesn't require a phone number field. I used the improper terminology for the Full Name field - I meant to add a descriptor as to the format I'm requesting the field to be submitted in. Regardless, you have been a great help.
