mailer "@localhost"?

where does this @localhost come from, if I don't have it set with localhost, I have an smtp server

localhost is another way of saying 127.0.0.1 or in simpler terms the server that the software resides on.

With out knowing your mail settings, and default MTA settings in osTicket we wouldn't be able to provide much more information. I can tell you that the error says that osTicket tries to send the email, the mailserver (localhost) says that the email you are using is invalid.

that's why I don't know where it is that it takes localhost. nowhere do I see activated or set localhost

The system (osTicket) will try to send email via SMTP settings (if enabled) and if it fails fall back to PHPMail. It sounds like PHPmail is failing to me. Which would make me think that you have a problem with your SMTP settings.

ntozier thanks ntozier, but I have a question, how is it possible that the "Delayed Ticket Alert" and "Diagnosis" mails work correctly.
And that the others as "New ticket notice" does not work.

Should none work or all work?

It is not necessarily and all or nothing situation.

Example: If your using an SMTP relay, it might not accept delivery of emails for emails that are outside of your network.
If your using PHPMail your localhost might not accept emails to foward to your actual email address because it is only set to accept emails destined for localhost.

ntozier very well, but from the diagnostic option and the delayed ticket alert, both the mailbox that is the mail come out correctly and arrive correctly. (local and external)

now the outgoing "new ticket notice" do not reach any mail, neither local nor external.

You would need to consult your local host MTA, mailserver and PHP error logs and see what's happening. Without any actual error messages to go by we are in the dark as to what the problem(s) might be.
