Publicly available ticket via url

Hello,

I remember on version 1.12.x using public link worked for everyone. Was it a security flaw and was not suppose to work like that? In 1.14.x it seems to not work when trying to generate a public url for a ticket. Only the user who created it can view the ticket in 1.14

Edit: Turns out that it actually works. However looks like if you use the link like in Facebook ( workplace to be precise ) then workplace does some kind of sanitization and it will not work. Will send you back to login screen.

Any ideas anyone?

Sounds like the problem is FaceBook. Do they have a way to allow you to have them not 'sanitize' the link?
