Hello world!
I´m trying to install osTicket in centOS 7, but when I try to access myserver/osTicket/scp I got an 500 error, and I can see on php log this error:
PHP Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: Permission denied in Unknown on line 0
PHP Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required '/var/www/html/osTicket/scp/index.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in Unknown on line 0
Directory /var/www/html/osTicket have CHMOD -R 777 access
I´ve added to php.ini file in correspondant line this: include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear'
Do I need any other special modul for PHP or something?
My Installation:
centos-release-7-7.1908.0.el7.centos.x86_64
PHP Version: 7.2.25
Mysql Version: 14.14 Distrib 5.6.46
Apache version: 2.4.6 (CentOS)
Could anybody help me?
