Export Option in client Portal for Open and closed Ticket.

Hi There,

How Ticket Owner can export the tickets details which he is part of from Client Portal. Let me know if there is any possibility in current version of osTicket with any mod or easy customization.

There is no User export feature.
There is a Print feature, which will give the user a .pdf of the current ticket.

may be i am unable to explain the thing which I am looking. we need to give export function in client portal where tickets can be exported from client Portal by himself.

This is not a feature in osTicket at this time.
They can achieve this by clicking print on each ticket.
If that is not acceptable, then you would have to mod the core files and script up an export feature.

Suggest if any resource you are aware of, who can mod the required files to achieve this as well as few others we are looking to osticket to be compatible with our company process. Efforts can be compensated to that person.

@scottro was doing some customization services for a while, I think that he decided that it wasn't worth the time/money investment to keep doing it. But I've mentioned him so he can chime in.

Other wise I would say you could try one of those sites where you can hire an expert / coder like Freelancer dot com.
