Mail not sent after creating agent

Dears,
I've installed OSTicket V1.14.1
Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS)
MySQL 5.6
PHP 7.2
All required php extensions.

I'm having a problem when creating new agent it doesn't send any mails.
And i don't know how to reset the agent password while i'm the admin.
Also when try to make forgot my password in agent login page it gives "Unable to reset password. Contact your administrator"

The mail arrives while registering a normal user. I found no errors in the server logs.
I found that ost_staff table have passwd NULL in the database.

Please help

Are you seeing any PHP or Apache errors being logged?

superryan This solved my problem but still don't get it, why e-mail never arrive!
Also i've one more problem with resetting the password which is i've error "Unable to reset password. Contact your administrator"

Try unchecking the "Send the agent a password reset email` box on the agent's profile. This will show two fields to reset the password. You can then require them to reset their password when they log in, by using the password you set in this form.

I too have the problem of not seeing emails when trying to send the "agent a password reset email."
