Hello. I try to use PHPWord for creating docx file as attachment. I need it for notice about new ticket. In this file i need data from own fields. Then i try to find own vars for this fields i can't understand there it stored. I found array as parameter for ticket.php. But var_dump show me various index name in this array for each ticket. Can you help me please and describe me the system's steps for creating new ticket and send notice e-mail to department manager? Or. maybe, in which php file i can get final notice message as HTML? I can use html_to_doc instead of PHPWord.
