i had a problem in this ticket system when i'm login with username and password in scp panel it's make a high delay in authentication filed till that's prepare a tickets and some time it's stuck in authentication when i'm write user name and password it's give me Authentication Required so if there's any way to solve this issue ....

As far as I know the recent version is osTicket Core, v1.12.3 (Latest Release)

What you mean when you write "osTicket v3.0.6" as a title for this post ?

There has never been a 3.0.6 release of osTicket... So either you are posting on thw wrong site for support (because you are using a different software) or you really need to take a look at your environment.
