I'm with hostgator and on fantastic i could always upgrade easy, now I need to manual. How do I do this , what is the process steps to do this, hence why I'm still stuck on version 1.3.1

You can not upgrade from 1.3.x to the latest version due to the many DB/code changes. However, you could install the current version and write a script to migrate the tickets.

Isn't 1.3.1 is from like 2005?
