I configured my mail-exchange email with osticket. Sending mail is working but unable to fetch mail from email

If your talking about Microsoft Exchange, i just used POP3 using SSL+POP3 on port 995. Login is the full primary email address

Environment details? Version of osTicket? Email settings?
These settings work with Exchange365.

I am not using office exchnage. We setup here own Mail-exchange. My email id is " helpdesk@mediaions.com" which I want to configure on osTicket. SMTP service is working but unable to fetch mails as a ticket
There is very little functional difference between the two.
In a local hosted exchange (recent versions) you have to enable POP/IMAP [it installs as disabable stating in I think 2008], and then you have to give permission to the account to use them.
I already enable pop/imap settings on my mail server. Because same mail id is working on outlook. In osTicket case, I didn't understand the exact reason behind this issue
Rakesh Are you getting any error in your web server, PHP, or OStickets Check the logs to find more details of osTicket under /scp/logs.php?

Outlook does not normally use POP/IMAP (although it can be configured to last I checked). It uses Microsoft's custom MAPI to receive emails. So I would not make the assumption that it is enabled. Please go check. And then after you have checked that please check that you gave the user's account permission to use those protocols.
