What I did is using the faq files to create a new one.
- /scp/x.php
- /include/class.x.php
- /include/staff/x.php
- /include/staff/custom-x.php
In the /include/class.nav.php file line 142 added a main menu item (klanten):
$this->tabs['klanten'] = array('desc'=>__('Klanten'),'href'=>'klantenindex.php','title'=>__('Klanten'));
and on line 179 the extra sub-menu's:
case 'klanten':
$subnav[] = array('desc' => __('Klanten'), 'href' => 'klantenindex.php', 'iconclass' => 'teams');
break;
In that the osTicket will be integrated to all pages.
As I told earlyer I need to add the token to the post query to make it work, that's all.
The token is used to protect the Database for unwanted inserts.
Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF)
osTicket uses that system to protect it, as it should be. I didn't used it yet.
On the current site, for what I'm merging into osTicket, you have only to login.
I realy hope someone can help me with this or give me te directions to look for (in what files or sites)
Frans.
