User login to view all user tickets

Hello,

i'm puzzled or i cannot find it. Is it possible that a registered user can see all of his tickets after logging in?
At this time a user can only register a ticket and see a certain ticket with his email address and ticket number.

The links in emails let them look at the current ticket (that the link is for).
They can just go to the web ui and log in look at all their tickets.

Hi, sure i can login fine and do the things i need to do, but can a registered user see all of his tickets (and not the other ones)?

Unfortunately they cannot, they are refused. I've double checked the logins and tried it on different computers. I've tried the url/scp/login/php page.

Users do not go to the scp login page. Thats for agents.
They go to the user login page.

If your osTicket site is: domain.tld
Agents go to the STaff Control Panel (scp) http://domain.tld/scp
Users still just go to http://domain.tld

Thanks , i think you mean url/login.php but on that page you can see only a single ticket and you must know the ticket number (support.etsoft.nl/login.php). Is this what you mean?

Go to http://support.etsoft.nl
Click Login.

Enter the email address / Password for the account. Or register for an account.

That User can see all the tickets associated with that user.

Sorry, i see no way to login there! Only submit a new ticket and open one specific ticket.

Then you or someone else either:

edited the files.
you have Registration disabled.

The registration was disabled, i see the login button now. But the when logging in it stays on the same page and there is no change. it loks like it is not logging in, it is not showing any error message
