Hello Guys I have another question about running a second instance on the same server.

For some reason on our Synology DSM I can't get the second instance to run properly. Everytime I try to connect it says HTTP Error 503.
Is there a minimum requirement for lets say RAM to have 2 instances running at the same time? Or is there a special setting I have to turn on / off so that it can work properly.

Environment details?
Version of osTicket?

Two instances means two configured web sites, two sets of code, and two databases (or one database with separate prefix w/ credentials. I do not know if there is a way to do all that with a Synology DSM and this sounds like a question for them. Keep in mind that your ram and storage usage will vary wildy based on the size of the ticket systems, your php configuration, and server load.

Both Instances use OSTicket Version 1.12
The Synology DSM has about 2 GB of RAM
The ticket system is only used internally, meaning our customers dont have access to it.

If I run them seperately they work fine.
Both are small scale ticket systems using about 256 mb of ram.
I checked the php 7.3 configuration and tweaking the memory_limit parameter, but that didnt help.

the ports might be conflicting unless it creates a virtual host, you should check with Synology documents to see how
