In our system, the ticket is generated through the web based by end-user and it's assigned to the relevant agent and his/her department at the ticket creation of very first time then after that first agent assigned the same ticket to the second agent without changing the department.
1st Agent receives email alert

2nd Agent not getting the email alert when 1st Agent assigned the ticket?
