How can I add a predefined answer?
My Specs are: Windows 10 Virtual Machine on Virtual Box 6.0 PHP 7.3 x64 MariaDB 5.5 x64 PHP Manager for IIS
angelinteriano Assuming your account has permission to do so, you'd go to the 'Knowledgebase' tab at the top and select the 'Canned Responses' option from the menu. There you can click the button to 'Add New Response'.
Obviously these menu options will be translated according to the language pack you have installed!
Go to: Agent panel -> Knowledgebase -> Canned Responses
