For a few days my team has been working with our new installation of OSTicket (version 1.12.3). We are using tasks for internal things that need to be done, and when we have sufficient experience with the platform we plan to move all service requests from our users to the Ticketing system in OSTicket.
From our short time using the Tasks we have noticed two things:
1) There is no way to assign a "Priority" to a task, or to sort tasks by said "Priority" level
2) There is no way to sort tasks by Due Date
If we are wrong and there in fact is a way to do this we would be grateful to get some information about how to turn on / use these features. If not, could someone please give us a step by step rundown of how we could implement this functionality into OSTicket ourselves?
