Hello, i'm new to OSticket and would like a help
i've setup my OStickets emails (support@mydomain), both inbound and outbound.
The Inbound works fine (read inbox, create new tickets based on it, etc)
however the outbound doesnt work when replying message in the support ticket. If i tried using the diagnostics, it works and send email just fine, but when i replied in the support ticket, it doesnt send the email with my reply in the support ticket to my customers
i've checked my settings and it should've send the email, can anyone please help me?
