Please tell me if there is an opportunity in OsTicket to configure / add a category of applications, which was automatically closed with a subsequent response?
For instance:
Application number of open tickets. The user receives an answer that a total of 20 tickets are currently open.
I would be grateful if you can help or suggest how to do this.
My attempts to create categories were unsuccessful. I also did not find a variable for the total number of tickets.
% tickets does not fit ....

What you describe is already built in (for number of open tickets).
The setting is at: Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets see Maximum Open Tickets.
