SSO under IIS

I'm sure I'm missing something, but some help will be greatly appreciated.

I've looked at a few guides on the forum, and have gotten to the point where I can either enable NTLM Windows Authentication or Anonymous Authentication, but not both. Also, that doesn't address the SSO authentication, it just uses windows authentication.

This poses some problems.

1: I use the LDAP Plugin to register users as they log in. If I only use NTLM, this function stops working, so I need a way where both Anonymous Authentication and Windows Authentication.

2: SSO should "pre-identify" the user. If I have NTLM enabled, I still need to enter my password on a crappy Windows Login Box, on the Default page. It then continues to log you in if you click on "Sign In".

Is there something I'm missing, or a guide I haven't seen?

I played around with SSO under IIS a couple times and never got this working to the point where iw as happy with it and gave up (the last time was back on osTicket 1.10). I assumed that it was a problem with the HTTP passthrough auth plugin with IIS. If you get this working I would love if you could write a short tutorial on how to make it work,
