Hi team, I need to use a personalized form when an agent respond a thread after he does a QA to our Sotfware. Not uploading files like (MICROSOFT??) word, cause I need to found specific data using sql after that. IS IT possible?
Obs:
Not using "edit option" cause that make the inputs from form will be displayed on top de main data... and i need them in and between thread.

So you are looking for the ability to have an Agent fill out a Form before replying to a Ticket? We don’t have the specific ability to force an Agent to fill out data before Replying to a ticket but we do have the ability to force the Agent to fill out data before Closing a Ticket.
Also, in v1.12+ we have a feature called Inline Edit that shows each Form Field with a button to input data individually in the Ticket Header instead of clicking the Ticket Edit action which shows more information than needed. More information on this here.
