I have updated my ticketing system few days ago. Now I am not able to close some tickets. Some of the tickets don't have the option to change status. It only shows the open option. I have checked the permission of the agent. It has the permission" Ability to close ticket." Still, I can't. Any suggestions?

I am experiencing the same issue. So far, its just one ticket that I cannot close.
OSTicket 1.12.3
Webserver: Apache
MySQL Version: 10.1.41
PHP: 7.1.33

Any assistance is greatly appriciated!
