Unable to edit 'Choice' field in form

I have a 'choice' form field, and whenever I go to edit the the choices in the field and click save, I'm stuck at a permanent 'loading' screen. If I refresh the page after waiting, the choices weren't saved.

System information:

osTicket Version v1.12 (a076918) — Up to date
Web Server Software Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS) PHP/5.6.40
MySQL Version 5.5.60
PHP Version 5.6.40

Hi,

I've had this too. I can't exactly remember how I solved it (there are other threads on this topic), but:

deleting the contents of the choices list
save the empty form
create the list again using something like this:

alexmetcalfe Any idea what will happen to existing tickets that have choices made?

For what I've seen, the text values are still stored in the database rows, so you old tickets should be fine.

Be sure also that you don't press enter after the last row, as you might create an empty row which could also cause the issue you are seeing.

I'm still running into this issue. I followed the above recommendation and I even deleted the field altogether and remade it (tried with a new variable and the previous 'requesttype' variable) but anytime I go to add choices, I'm still stuck at this permanent loading prompt.
