Good morning, following a misconfiguration of email parameters, there was several alert in the logs with "Mail Fetch Failure Alert". The config was restored 4 days later, and the email fetching is now working for that address. However, all the emails received during that period are not recreated in osticket, only the newly received emails. Is there a way to send the received email for a date interval in osticket?

You would probably need to restore the emails into the mail box to get osTicket to fetch them.
