I have upgraded from 1.6 to 1.7. No I cannot see only one ticket. If I add a ticket manually I get an email but cannot see it in the list of tickets on the website.
I reinstalled from scratch as a test and when I do a fresh install I can see the tickets I create.
I would rather do an upgrade preserving all of my tickets.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
