Hello to everyone,
i need help to configure my osTicket system reachable from WAN.

I'm try to explain...
Follow my actually config:
-1- windows install osTicket follow video guide
-2- localhost\osTicket is my osTicket System
-3- i've a Static Pubblic IP from my ISP 93.x.x.x

    n30 This sounds more like a webserver and firewall config question? 🤔 Generally osTicket won't care whether you access it via an internal or external IP, so this in itself will be fine. You'd need to set your router/firewall to pass on HTTPS (or HTTP, but HTTPS is strongly advised if it's external!) via your external IP to the server osTicket is running on. The only thing you'd need to change is the Helpdesk URL in Admin -> Settings -> System so that links in emails are using the new address.

    Obviously it becomes even more critical to keep everything up-to-date when it's externally facing!
