Merry Christmas! ...Two days ago... I only got a Half day on monday and Christmas off... (bites)

OSTicket looks to be the nicest system I've seen that isn't charging an arm and a leg. We've been using another crappy system (that we paid for) for about a year and I've only just discovered this system. So far OSTicket comes off VERY professional and well made.

I assume OSTicket is developed on a linux server? Maybe thats why there were problems with the install...
