Im facing issue with email thread. Lets say someone sends emal to (suport@domain.com). It creates a ticket, and buzz the admin. Once admin receive the ticket, admin will assigned someone under my team to work on the case. Lets say GUY1.
Steps.
My guy will reply the to the ticket lets say #00001.
For current scenario everytime GUY1 replies to the ticket (#00001). Supposedly, it should be under the same thread in the mail, lets say im using Outlook 2016. But now, everytime GUY1 replies, it comes as a new mail in the outlook, wherelese in the OSticket UI it replied under same thread (Which is good), in the outlook, it every single reply comes as new mail. Which is kind of messy. I want it to be in the same thread (Same conversation) Lets say #00001, what ever replies comes in for the same ticket, should be under same converstation not multiple new mails.
