osticket version 1.12.3, Apache 2.4.29, MySQL 5.7.27, PHP 7.2
i seem to be having an issue with the autoresponder to the owner on a new ticket, but only when a ticket filter is being used....
the ticket filter matches the Addressee, and then sets the Help Topic....the target channel is emails....
i have made sure that Settings/Tickets/Autoresponder/New Ticket-Ticket Ower is checked, and that "Auto-Response" is not set to disabled on the Help Topic, the Email Address, or the Department....if i submit a ticket that does not trigger the ticket filter, but still sets the same Help Topic and Department, i do not have any issue with the autoresponder....
any ideas?
