We have 1 user who is unable to log tickets.
When he prepares a new ticket and presses submit he gets a HTTP 500 Error.
If we use the helpdesk control panel to create a ticket on his name, we can search for his name (And find the name) but when we select his name it is no longer displaying.
When we manually enter his name and post the ticket we also get a HTTP 500 Error.
For now only this single user is affected:
