Hi
Currently tickets can only be submitted via the web portal.
When this is done mail is sent to the user requesting support fine with a link to the ticket.
When staff respond mail is sent to the end user updating the ticket OK.
This indicates that the web server is sending out mail fine.
However what i want to be done is a mail sent out to all staff, or just one mail address to indicate a ticket has been opened.
How do I do this as this does not appear to happen.
