Create Ticket Using IVR

Hi there ! I just want to know that is it possible to create a ticket with the IVR and Source : Phone, we can use the DTMF as the Help Topic Menu like 1 for Feedback, 2 For General Inquiry , and so on.
On which page we need to modify the code or what we need to do , can any one help me on this.

Can you IVR system run scripts on a server, send an email, and/or trigger a json payload?

If the answer is yes then take a look at the API docs, or have it send an email to your instance.

What i want is when a user dialed my IVR Application, he will listen the prompt for the Help Topic , using the DTMF he will choose his option, after that, i want to create a ticket for that User . How can i achieve that, can you please help me on this.

This article is a little dated (and needs to be updated. Which is on my today list when i get back from vacation.)

It talks about how to use the api and includes a sample api. It does not currently handle attachments or custom fields right. But I figured out how to fix the article before I left on vacation. So if you dont need it, then you are good to go. If you do need it then you would have to look at the docs and see what changed since 1.10.

You can house the API script pretty much where ever you want on your website.
