"From" data blank

Version 1.14-RC.2 The data is missing in the "From" column on the main ticket screen. If you open a ticket the user who created the ticket is listed correctly.

I'm having the same issue after upgrade 1.10 to 1.14.3
The main information from my system is:
osTicket Version v1.14.3 (f4f5bc6) — Up to date
Web Server Software Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu)
MySQL Version 5.7.31
PHP Version 7.0.33-0ubuntu0.16.04.15
