
I have made sure that each agent, including myself, have access to every department. I even went as far as clearing my sub ques and remaking a dummy account with full access to see if I can get these tickets to show.
It seems that there are about 75 ghost tickets that are invisible to me and everyone else.
I have been seeing people manually editing their database, but I am not sure what software they're using. If I open anything from the SQL database for OS Ticket in Access, I just get gibberish.
Is there any way possible to remove these tickets?
