Hello! Since Update to 1.12.3 agents don't get any Notification E-Mails on Ticket-Assignment, wether we are a Team-Member or the Agent, that the Ticket is assigned to while the settings are correctly set and Mail is working in general.
I tested that with PHP 7.1 and 7.0.
If a new ticket is created, and the assignment is done within the ticket-creation-process, mails are working, but not if a existing ticket is assigned to another agent.
I think thats a bug in the 1.12.3 - can anybody confirm this behavier?
