We upgraded a while back from a very old version of osticket and things went well for the most part. Now a few weeks later we noticed that attachments are no longer being filtered properly. We can send attachments that should have been blocked and they appear in the ticket with no issues or warnings.

For testing, I added some logging to the PHP to see where in the code it got with an attachment that should have been blocked. I can see it throw the exception when it processes the extensions, but it still adds it to the ticket. In the initial tests, the email was sent from Gmail and we used a .doc attachment. This was before we added the restrict by file type of text documents.
