Authentication with custom REST API

Hello all,

I have custom Rest API which works with different Database.
Working principles: I send username and password and if status is 200 it should login to ticket create(also make insert to DB, same as LDAP plugin) and if returened status is 201 it should should show login error.

I can not find any custom plugin for rest api auth and open ticket about this topic.

Our API is not RESTful at all...it is very basic and can only create Tickets or create Tasks. All you need to use the API is a valid API Key for the specific IP you're calling the API from. If you want something like OAuth 2.0 for the API you'll have to modify it and add it yourself.

Thank you for reply. Is it possible to change standart auth method for my RESTfull auth method?
Just make same as do LDAP, login ->if succeed -> if( user is not found){ create new user -> redirect to tickets.php; }{else-> redirect to tickets.php }

From plugins i found this only and it is written version 1.8+, but it crashes website after install ( because i am not able to hydrate as written in documentation, but there is NO make.php file...).

If you do not see the plugin under here then it's most likely not complete and will cause errors if installed.

Sure there is a way, you just have to look at the code to see how we do it and copy the same in your code.
