The devs tell me that there is no way to do this via the ban list. But you should be able to block the domain at your mailserver and.or spam filter.
Or you can add a ticket filter like mentioned earlier in the thread.
you can use a ticket filter for that though
Rule: User / Email Address > contains > @domain.com
Action: Reject Ticket
