Hi guys, i am locked with ACL configuration under System preferences and can't get to activate it

I want to enable access to staff panel ONLY to IP 192.168.1.100 but when i write this ip in the textbox and select "Staff panel" from dropdown menu and click on save changes i get the error "Cowardly refusing to lock out active administrator".

Im get connected to SCP directly from my PC with IP 192.168.1.100

If you receive that message then you are not using the correct IP address. To figure out what IP address you are using, set Default Log Level to DEBUG, log out, log back in, go to Admin Panel > Dashboard > Logs, and hover over the Agent Login entry. In that entry you will see the IP address you are actually using.

    I was checked out this with netstat and other network tools to ensure that my IP is the correct before write in this forum 😉

    It's a strange behavior. Im writting the correct IP but osTickets don't want it

    Please do what I suggested and post a screenshot...I bet your IP is not the same.

    It's important to note that just because your computer (via netstat or ipconfig) says your IP is 192.168.x.x doesn't mean that the webserver thinks that is your IP address. Routing could mean that your IP address is a NATed address. When I open a ticket on my primary site I get our external IP address logged by osTicket.
