osTicket - Ticket thread opposite sorting

Hello,

We would like to make some modifications in the %{ticket.thread.complete} it looks like
the reply messages are getting sorted in the wrong direction.
We would like to have the latest reply in the top of the conversation.

I don't think im the only one asking for this. Did anyone else make this modification?

Do you mean Thread View Order in Profile?

You want the newest reply of ticket should come on top right? If yes then you can edit in the class file for sorting.

This option do not allow to set Ascending / Descending sort order .
