I have a ticket where attachments disappear each time i edit a SPECIFIC knowledge base article, where this behaviour is reproducing constantly. I created other articles and this problem doesn't occur.
My workaround was to do the edit beforehand, and then upload the attachments afterwards on that specific article, but I think this behaviour could be related to a bug that your team is interested to spot, and that's why I wrote on the forum.
If anyone is interested to troubleshoot this issue to understand what's going on, here is my system information:
osTicket Version: v1.10 (901e5ea)
Web Server Software: Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS) OpenSSL/1.0.2k-fips mod_fcgid/2.3.9 PHP/5.6.40
MySQL Version: 10.0.38

Attachments plugin version: Attachments on the filesystem v 0.3
