I am in immediately after installing v1.12.2 CentOS 7 with Japanese language mode.
On http://MY-osTicket/open.php page,
there are some untranslated characters such as:
Contact Information, Email Address, Full Name, Phone Number
Of course, I think most Japanese know the above characters.
However, it seems strange that only certain parts of this page remain in English
even though other all characters have been translated.
I searched a lot, but I did't find the way.
I need some help.
