Multiple "New Ticket" Alert Emails

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions!
I'd like to have OS Ticket send out Two Different Alerts on a New Ticket.
One would be the typical new ticket alert email we all know and love
the other would be send to my cellphone email address so it's received as an sms and I'd just like %Subject% %Name% Has submitted a new ticket at %time% Is there a way to easily do this?

You would have to modify the core files to send a second email or use some sort of sms software to send the message.
