OSTicket Installation not happening

I am trying to install a fresh OSTicket setup version 1.12 and completed the steps mentioned from here : https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial/how-to-install-osticket-with-nginx-on-ubuntu-16-04/

I entered all the database entries, admin names etc in the page and clicked install now.
But its been more than an half an hour and the installation script is just running.

Is there any way I can debug this?
I am using php version 5.6 and during installation it showing fine with the version.
My server is apache, and I am using Ubuntu 18.04.

PS : Resolved. Updated my php version to 7.2. And installed all the recommended options also.

According to the osTicket download page it says that PHP 7.3 is required for version 1.12.2. While I believe that it will work on older versions (including all the back to the End of Life 5.6) PHP.net no longer supports 5.6. So you should really upgrade your PHP to something contemporary. Yes, I know the installer still says 5.4+ that just needs to be updated.

Are you getting any logged apache/php errors?
Or MySQL errors?

Apache errors are logged to your Apache error log.
PHP errors are logged to your PHP error log, or some hosts add them to your Apache error log.
MySQL error logs are logged to your MySQL error log.
