I am using the latest version of OS Ticket 1.12.2. I have a custom form variable called project-title. I am trying to place this variable on an email template. I tried using %{ticket.project-title} but to no avail. This is the error message I am getting:
Some variables may not be a valid for this context. Please check for spelling errors and correct usage for this template.
%{ticket.project-title}
Any help or advice would be most appreciated. Thanks so much.
