I noticed in a very old post that there was already the request to make multiple email templates (for each language a template) possible. Three years later still not working. So one can create multiple email templates, but you can only put one in use. So when people seek support in French, they get all automatic correspondence in English. We have a small support site for Belgium, and need to help our customers in both Dutch and French.
Everything else seems to be able to be translated, yet the templates for autoresponse not ... this is really a shame, as the ticket system works great.
