Crowdin Approve Translations - German

Hi,
Someone knew who is responsible for the "OK" for German Translations on Crowdin?
In the 1.11 Translation Folder is everything translated but not one String is approved...
That is sad cause the 1.11 has (as far as I can see) the Help Strings inside and I would like to us them...

1.11 is no longer supported and hasn't been since Apr 2019. Please upgrade.
