[resolved] Advanced Search empty result list

Hi there,
I'm running osTicket with this config:

Versione osTicket v1.12.2 (a5d898b)
Web Server Software Apache/2.4.29 (Ubuntu)
Versione MySQL 10.3.18
Versione PHP 7.3.9-1+ubuntu18.04.1+deb.sury.org+1

Everything works fine, but results of any advanced search are always empty.
I have no errors in apache logs.
My searches are very simple, like the one attached, and current user has 'All access' to all departments.
Same happens with my administrator user.

Doesn anybody have any suggestion?

Being that you have no errors, you must not have tickets that match that criteria or don't have all access necessary. I have v1.12.2 and PHP 7.2 and my results are as follows:

Hi Kevin!

We were tricked by the pagination links into thinking there were results which we couldn't see!
I ran manual queries on the DB to realize it.
So, we can close this, even if those pagination links on empty queries are a bit misleading.

Ah yes. Sorry, the pagination is set to 500 on advance searches for now until we can figure out the performance issues. This should be addressed in upcoming versions.
