Hi, I developped a plugin for discord (https://github.com/bibi21000/osticket-discord) and it work fine. Now i want to add a discord_nickname to agent, to send tagged notifications. And add a webhook for each department too Is that possible ? TIA
This is open source... you can do whatever you want.
ty is there a way to to it inside plugin ? i want to say, is it possible to extend main forms (like agent or department) from plugin or should i diff/patch core files ?
You would have to hack/modify osticket for that since the agent fields are not expandable natively same as departments.
