But Dear, can we send the alert message to the User's phone number at the time of creating ticket.
I mean when a user creates a ticket he need to provide the following things like : Email, Full Name, Phone, Help Topic , Reason etc. , so i want to capture the Phone number and then i want to send the SMS to the user that " a ticket has been created successfully on your name, thank you for reaching us." , so can you tell me on which variable basically the Phone number is storing.
