Add a Company field into ticket deatails

Hello everyone, Can you help me to know if is possible to add Add a Company field into ticket deatails?, For example, i can add a field into contact information, but i can't see this fields into ticket destails.
In addtition to that, is possible to export this field too?

To do that you would add the field at:
Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details.

Sure, I did. But i can't se this field into ticket details, much less in the csv report.

You did not add the company field to the Ticket Details form.
You added it to the Contact Information form.

But, can it be connected?

Not in the UI.

You can edit [mod] the core source files to make the information appear.
